as you can probably see, kramer has had his tri-anual doggy haircut. every four months or so, it seems to be impossible for us to let him go on as that fat, furry krames we all know and love. his hair becomes matted and dirty and quickly becomes apparent he can hardly see where he is going. as soon as he starts running into things while trying to greet us at the door, we know it's time for the oh-so-dreaded appointment with those hair scissors. this does give him, and well us, one problem especially in the fall and winter months when the air begins to turn crisp and cold. kramer, once with a thick white eskimo coat, has turned a pinker shade of white and has only a thin jacket on instead of his usual puffy parka. this year, especially due to the new home that relies on old radiators to warm it's 1920's walls, my maternal instincts have checked in and begun to worry about that little guy getting cold. i notice him this time around curling up into tighter than normal balls and being extra cuddly with mom and pops to try and get him warm. camden and i are both rather against the whole dressing your doggy up thing, but i think i would be willing to shed a sweater if it's to keep him warm. camden thinks he can tough it out, but i'm starting to reconsider. maybe kramer needs a sweater. what do you guys think? is it cruel to dress your pups up in the occasional sweater or are they excepted for little pastel pink guys on those extra nippy days? kramer thanks you for your advice!
