~ picking pumpkins at a pumpkin patch (say that ten times fast)
~ putting out the halloween decor
~ drinking hot cider with glazed donuts
~ watching breakfast at tiffany's "poor cat. poor slob. poor slob without a name."
~ leaf raking
~ autumn bike ride
~ pumpkin carving
~ getting lost in a corn maze
~ lighting a pumpkin candle (target always has the best)

i have given us a deadline of halloween to complete all of these cool weathered rituals, so it looks like we better get our butts in gear. we are a bit behind on our autumn festivities due to our move but do them we must. what are your autumn traditions? i just love adding new ones to our list. feel free to link your lists below or add some of ours to yours. let the festivities begin!
