a weekend away

i surprised camden with a little overnight trip to midway and park city over the weekend for his birthday that is coming up in a few weeks. it has been so long since we've had any time to get away (even just for a night) and we both were in serious need. we spent the night and first morning in midway, a cute little town inspired by switzerland, a few miles outside of park city. we had an amazing brunch, fed the horses and even spotted a few deer. we then drove up to park city for the rest of the afternoon to do some shopping and to walk up and down main street. i seriously love main street in park city. it has this way of making me feel like we're miles away when we're really just a short drive from home. we have already been planning our next trip back (next time we want to swim in the crater at the homestead in midway). i love you camden, happy early birthday!
