it only seemed fitting to add a memento to the year 2014 upon our wall since, to date, it has been the most memorable year yet. so many changes and new beginnings happened in those recently past 365 days for our family – we all wanted not to forget – a little reminder of the journey we took to get where we are today. i love these memorieslab prints placed here for that reason. a few times a day i look up at all the captured moments displayed on the previously blank white canvas and remember the memory each photo holds for a moment. it’s almost like an oversized photo album but always on display. i’m thinking of making this a tradition … at the end of each year, adding a few new memories collected in those months up on the wall …

so cute!! question–i have a really similar collection on my wall, but i can never get the photos to stick for long. they always end up curling and coming away from the wall at the corner. what do you use to hang them? i've tried painters tape, masking tape, and even just regular tape, and nothing seems to work!

Thanks, Jessica! I just used a little masking tape on the top and bottom of each photo. They are printed on really thick photo paper which might be why they aren't coming away from the wall? I have had this problem with other things I have taped to the wall in the past and just end up putting more tape on the corners. Hope this helps a little!

such a cute idea. I did this when we lived in our last house. I wish we had white walls and the wall space now, so I have to resort to a few framed photos on the desk. Oh well. Yours looks great though!

I love this! I got some photos printed from instagram a couple years ago with the idea to frame them, but never actually did anything with them haha! This looks great though, and so much easier than framing them! I might have to get some recent ones printed and try this out!
    Have a great week!
