I had to stop eating dairy products and soy milk because it was bothering my son's tummy and I was tired of cleaning spit up. And ice cream, cheese, soy milk, etc. are all my favorite foods. I lived on cheese during my pregnancy. Seriously. It's all I ate during my first trimester. Our son also loves his swing. Sometimes it's the only way we can get him to sleep. He doesn't fuss or scream super often but just likes to stay awake and play all the time ha.

If you're looking to replace cheese, try DAIYA. It's the best non-dairy and non-soy cheese ever. And I've tried them all. It melts, comes in so many flavors, in shredded and blocks and slices, and it tastes good. I swear. For treats, I love Chocolate Obsession "ice cream" by So Delicious (it is soy based, fyi) and Uncle Eddie's Vegan Cookies (chocolate chip oatmeal will change yo life). Vegan blogs and sites will have more ideas, too. There's tons of dairy-free chocolate for vegans, even vegan chocolate chips to bake with. Oh and Earth Balance is dairy free butter that is on point.

There's the most amazing little chocolate shop in SLC called the Chocolate Conspiracy (you may have heard of it already). Everything they sell is dairy free and oh so delicious! It pretty much saved my life when I quit eating dairy.

    Lovely photos btw!
